The warranty period for defects found after purchase is 24 months.

The warranty is void in the event of improper use or tampering with the product purchased by persons who are not authorized by “TIB SRL”

To take advantage of the guarantee, the customer must send the following by fax or email:

– code and description of the defective item;

– accurate description of the defect found;

– copy of the purchase invoice or courier transport document;

– name, telephone number and email address for contact by the service centre.

After receiving the necessary information from the service centre, the products must be packaged appropriately in their original packaging and shipped by pre-payment (charges paid by the customer) to the company headquarters. After the repair, the product will be returned to the customer, invoicing the transport costs at standard market prices.

Up to collection at the company headquarters, the goods sent under warranty, are under the total responsibility of the customer.

The warranty will not be recognized in the event of accidental damage to the product, unless appropriate communication is received within 48 hours of receipt of the package and in any case before its installation.

Products for automotive use

Products intended for automotive use (additional petrol or turbodiesel modules and electronic engine processing systems) can be used only and exclusively for racing (sports) on closed circuits, private circuits or in private areas, except during vehicle re-standardisation procedures.

“TIB SRL” declines all responsibility for different uses.

“TIB SRL” assumes no responsibility for any damage to people and / or things, caused by the products purchased (or by their improper use).

“TIB SRL” additional modules are pre-set during construction; since the user can modify the adjustment parameters of the aforementioned modules, “TIB SRL” cannot be held liable for any type of damage that could be caused by the products, the engine or other vehicle components as a direct or indirect consequence of tampering or incorrect calibrations by the user or another.

The “TIB SRL” company declines all responsibility for any use that does not comply with the laws of the country in which the additional modules are used.
